    The room had very Poor Air conditioner which was a Window AC with no option to set the temperature. There was no cooling at all. Also, the toiletries were not present in the washroom. The blanket was dirty.

    A very good stay The room and washroom both are clean and hygienic good think that's an RFID Card counter nearby the hotel.

    Wash room no working . Worst then ever clenining of room was room not done ... pls do not take this Hotel as family stay

    The hotel charges heavily compared to facilities available there. When we reached, the towels were not given . The reason submitted was that they are wet due to weather yesterday. The towels were provided in the evening. The room freshner was used in the room. The cleanliness of mattress and blanket was also not satisfactory. I have stayed in this hotel earlier at cost of Rs.3000/-, but cost of Rs.5000/- for this kind of room is not acceptable. The owner should improve facilities all around. The only criteria which is highly favourable is its location. Thanks

    Average stay. when we entered the room at 12 am saw cockroaches on the floor. bedsheets was not that clean and dirty blankets. The staff put hit spray and provided clean bedsheets. bathroom was clean. Only plus point was it's very near to bus stand yatra purchi counter. We stayed there only for 4 hrs from 12 am to 4 am and paid a full day accommodation charge. It's right at the bus depot so during day time there will be lot of noise. although it was not that much between 12-4 am. Auto stand was also at a walking distance. These were the only plus point as we started our yatra at 4 am and that's the only reason to consider this hotel. Overall Room is not worth the amount paid and not recommended if one have to stay for a bit longer hours.

    The location is good, the food is ok, they should improve their tollteries items and make them these things before guests arrive.

    Stay was good and comfortable. It was short stay and next day went to mata ji darsan. Electric cattle is required for morning tea or coffee

    Hotel Shradhha is my favorite hotel. I stay at hotel Shradhha for last 3 tour in Jammu Kashmir. Good management, polite staff and excellent service. Hotel shradhha is located near bus stand, near yatra parchi counter, near auto stand and near to shopping market. So hotel shradhha is always Best 👍👍👍
